Kingdom Casino GB

Fact-checking policy

Every factual claim on this site should be traceable to a source we can show you. This is how we make sure of it.

Three kinds of claim

  • Operator claims, such as bonus terms, payment methods or game titles, are checked against the operator's own site on the day of writing and attributed to it.
  • Regulatory claims, such as GB stake limits, the credit card ban or how GAMSTOP works, are checked against the Gambling Commission, GAMSTOP or legislation.
  • Observations, such as how long a withdrawal took, come from our own tests and are labelled as our experience, not as a guarantee.

Second pair of eyes

Before a page goes live, every number on it is checked against its source by someone other than the person who typed it. Figures that cannot be matched to a source are removed. We would rather publish a page that says "check the current figure on the operator's site" than one with a confident number that might be wrong.

Examples and illustrations

Worked examples, such as how much play a given wagering requirement involves, are labelled "for illustration". They show how the arithmetic works and are not statements about any current Kingdom Casino offer.

Keeping facts current

Facts age. Pages that depend on operator figures are re-checked at least monthly. When we find a change, we update the page and its date. When we cannot re-confirm a figure, we take it down until we can.

What a correction looks like

Small fixes, such as a broken link or a typo, are made without comment. If a correction changes a fact a reader might have relied on, such as a withdrawal timing or a rule about bonuses, we add a short dated note at the end of the page describing what was wrong and what it now says.

Reporting an error

If you spot something that looks wrong, email [email protected] with the page address and, if possible, a screenshot. We aim to investigate within a few working days and will tell you what we found.
