Kingdom Casino verification — the KYC documents you need

By Eleanor Vance · Updated 7 October 2026 · Independent guide, 18+

Before your first withdrawal you will be asked to prove who you are. It happens once, and doing it early is the easiest way to get paid quickly.

Why it happens

Anti-money-laundering rules require gambling operators to know who their customers are before they pay out. The check confirms your age, your identity and that the payment methods you use are yours. It is not a sign that you are suspected of anything. Once your account is verified, later withdrawals skip this wait.

The documents

WhatAccepted examples
Photo IDPassport, UK photocard driving licence, national identity card
Proof of addressUtility bill, council tax bill or bank statement, usually dated within the last three months
Payment ownershipPhoto of the card with the middle digits covered, or a screenshot of the e-wallet or crypto account

The exact list is set by the operator and can include a selfie holding your ID. If live chat asks for something not listed here, ask them to confirm the request in writing.

Getting the photos right

  • Photograph all four corners of the document, flat, on a plain background.
  • Avoid glare from overhead lights, and turn the flash off.
  • For a card, cover the middle eight digits and the security code, but leave the first six, the last four and your name visible.
  • Use a document showing the same address you registered with. A mismatch is the most common reason for rejection.

Source of funds

Above certain deposit levels, operators can ask where your money comes from, typically with payslips or bank statements. This is standard practice and not unique to any one site. If the request feels out of proportion to your play, ask which rule it relates to.

What happens to your data

Documents go to the operator, not to us. We never ask for or receive identity documents. Upload them only through the casino's own secure upload page, never by email to an address you have not checked, and never through a link sent by someone claiming to be support.
